Shiny Charm
Not even sure if it would be obtainable at this point of time, but it would be cool if you were rewarded a shiny charm for getting the normal form of all pokemon currently in game. Except rather than doubling your odds, because that would be way too op, you could equip it to a pokemon like a shiny ticket and while they are the 1st slot in your party, it boosts the odds. Except, this charm is reusable, rather than being discarded once the shiny is found. Everything on my storage account "Hatchling" is for sale

I like the concept of the item (basically a less powerfull sy. ticket but reusable). Idk about the way to obtain it, as "getting the normal form of all pokemon currently in game" is not an immutable goal, as in, in 5 years with 3 more gens people might need to get 400 more pokemon than today, which will lead to cases of people then not having caught all the normal pokemon but still having the item.
