What is the chance that i will get a shiny celebi from the speedruns at 9 completions and how much does the chance increase each time?  |

your base odds are pretty much 1/8192, and they barely go up each completion. with 9 completions, you would be the luckiest speedrunner alive to get a shiny celebi Everything on my storage account "Hatchling" is for sale
