Though these suggestions particularly pertains to infinite mode the ideas can be added to other secret dungeon modes as well.

I had some thoughts on things that could be added to infinite.
1. At least 1 new item, the trainer finder being the reverse of the trainer avoider and making trainers more common (in later floors can be bought from item guy) .
2. A new system involving keys and color doors with differing events, there would be 6 colors. Keys work with any color door.
a. Yellow door 50% chance to either be a trainer battle(all shiny pokemon same level as current floor) or reward chest.
b. Black door 50% chance to either be a trainer battle(all soulless pokemon same level as current floor) or reward chest.
c. Green door 60% chance to be a trainer battle(all forest pokemon 10% higher than current floor) 40% chance to be reward chest.
d. Blue door 65% chance to be a trainer battle(all cloud pokemon 25% higher that current floor) 35% chance to be reward chest.
e. Purple door 65% chance to be a trainer battle(all cosmic pokemon 25% higher than current floor) 35% chance to be reward chest.
f. Pale blue door 70% chance to be a trainer battle(all spirit pokemon 50% higher than current floor) 30% chance to be reward chest.
3. The rewards for each differing door would be a few things. Each different chest could have a variety of pokemon not found in normal chests.
4. A new trap that faints 50% of your pokemon for the next battle.
5. A balance for the new trap being, a new item that can restore your team to normal also works for previous burn,paralyze,frozen and, poison traps.
