Now, as any good server should, Tpk staff ban users when they break the rules. Sometimes, these banned accounts have rare pokemon and items that, sadly, never get to see the light of day again. I thought it would be a fun idea if all rare pokemon from permanently banned accounts were transferred to scyther, and every now and then, "Scyther" would host a raffle where some of those unused pokemon have a chance to be put towards someone else's collection.
