Deoxys' Decrypter Challenge (CONTEST)
Contest's are too lax in my opinion Context Welcome to possibly the hardest challenge you will endure! I am Deoxys and I am in need of your help to get back to my home planet. Thing is I forgot the message password to my hyper-warp machine - it really does save time on travel. I am feeling generous and will pay you in $1,000,000,000 TPK dollars if you find the message! Your task:  I found this postcard under my machine. I think it holds the key to getting the message back, please take it; you need all the help you can get. *hint: when on the decrypter page scroll to the bottom :) - you will need the password to decrypt the message - figure this out too* Of those who solve it B0SH will carry out a randomiser if more than one person has solved it within 2 weeks.
