Well, more specifically just B0sh but there are many other people in the world that share this day in celebration.

To celebrate today, we will have a global 1.2x EXP. boost going on for the entire day (on TPK Blue and Classic.) Additionally for TPK Blue, there is a special Event Pokémon to find on the maps. You can locate it in any location where Bellsprout is found, since that's a favorite for B0sh. The odds of encountering it are around 1/1,000 and it can be encountered multiple times. Happy hunting!
