100% accuracy moves missing
I don't know if it's on purpose or not, but Fake Out and Extreme Speed miss despite having 100% accuracy I'm looking for a regular rayquaza

No. This means that the move is actually 99.6% accuracy but they rounded it to 100%. Moves with 100% accuracy have a chance to miss 1/256. Or at least this is what google says. Sorry if it doesn't help. Sharpedo NOT Sharon

Only moves with -- Accuracy never miss. So moves like Aura Sphere and Shock Wave etc. Every other move has a low chance. ♡

jesus christ I'm just super unlucky then, I'll miss like 3 times in a row and it costs me a 300+ streak in battle tower I'm looking for a regular rayquaza
