Chatperie Icon should blink when there's a new message
Just like how notifications blinks, that should happen with chaterpie on mobile. Some people would like to know when a new message shows up but don't have chaterpie open because they're doing something on tpk. forrest#5611

yeah , i agree this would be beneficial , especially if you want to know when tpk is active in chat , since it does have it's slow hours . this would probably be better on mobile mode though since the chat is usually on the left for people on website ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
